tempinboxes.com (the "Service") is a temporary email platform operated by an individual owner. The Service is provided for the sole purpose of protecting personal privacy and preventing spam/abuse. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Data Retention & Spontaneous Deletion Disclaimer

CRITICAL: STORAGE IS TEMPORARY AND NOT GUARANTEED.

Maximum Limits: While we aim for a 7-day retention period for Free Users and a 30-day period for Premium Users, these are maximum limits and do not constitute a guaranteed minimum storage time.
Premature Deletion: We are NOT responsible for data that is deleted before the mentioned timeframes due to technical glitches, database resets, server maintenance, hardware failure (Oracle Cloud/SSDNodes), or security measures (Cloudflare).
No Recovery: Once an email or inbox is deleted—whether automatically or prematurely—it is permanently purged from our systems. We do not maintain backups and cannot "restore" any information for any user.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Using the Service for illegal acts, fraud, or harassment.
Bypassing Cloudflare security, rate limiting, or captchas.
Automated creation of accounts ("botting") on third-party platforms.
Distributing malware or phishing content.

Failure to comply will result in an immediate IP ban and termination of access.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OWNER OF TEMPINBOXES.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR ACCOUNT BANS ON OTHER WEBSITES. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO $0.00 (OR THE COST OF YOUR CURRENT MONTHLY PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the individual owner of tempinboxes.com harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including outages by Oracle Cloud, SSDNodes, Cloudflare, or general internet infrastructure failure.

8. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9. User Eligibility

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. By using this site, you confirm you are of legal age.
