We offer two tiers of data retention:

• Free Users: Automatic deletion after 7 days from the moment of receipt.
• Premium Users: Extended storage for up to 30 days.

Note: These are maximum storage limits. Due to the ephemeral nature of our SSDNodes/Oracle infrastructure, we do not maintain long-term archives or backups.

While rare, "Premature Deletion" can occur due to:

1. System Maintenance: Periodic database optimization to keep the service fast.
2. Technical Failures: Unforeseen server reboots or cache clears.
3. Security Protocols: Automated purging of emails flagged as malicious or containing illegal content.

As per our Terms, we do not guarantee storage and are not liable for data lost during these events.

PRIVACY ADVISORY

Technically, yes, but we strongly advise against it for sensitive accounts. Since our domains are temporary, you may lose access to your social media account if they require a re-verification code after our 7/30 day window. Once an address expires, you cannot "re-open" it to receive a second code.

If an email hasn't arrived within 2 minutes, it is likely due to:

• Sender Blacklisting: Some websites (like Netflix or Steam) block "disposable" email providers. We rotate domains frequently to minimize this.
• Cloudflare Filtering: Our firewall may block senders that appear to be spamming our infrastructure.
• Grey-listing: Some mail servers delay the first delivery attempt by a few minutes.

We do not limit the number of emails in a single inbox. However, we employ Rate Limiting to protect our VPS resources. If you attempt to create hundreds of inboxes per minute via automated scripts, your IP will be flagged and temporarily banned by our WAF.
